Delivery zones

Greater Amman is next working day for stocked items. Zarqa and Irbid are two to three days, the northern governorates two to four, the south three to five, and Aqaba four to six. Free delivery thresholds apply per zone.

Access

Tell us about lifts, stairs, door widths and vehicle restrictions when you order. A failed delivery because a 7.5-tonne vehicle could not reach the door is chargeable.

What installation includes

Positioning, levelling, connection to services already brought to the equipment position, pressure and electrical testing, commissioning under load, and a handover briefing for your team. It does not include bringing gas, water, drainage or electrical supplies to position — that is your contractor's work, and we will tell you exactly what is needed.
