How do I open a business account?

Complete the business account application with your commercial registration and tax certificate. Applications are reviewed by our accounts team, usually within three working days. Credit facilities, payment terms and credit limits are subject to approval — submitting an application does not activate credit purchasing.

What payment methods can I use?

Approved credit accounts purchase on their agreed terms. All customers may pay by cash on delivery, bank transfer or company purchase order. Card and online payment are being added.

How is delivery charged?

By zone, with free delivery above a threshold that varies by zone. Greater Amman is next-day; the far south and Aqaba take three to six working days.

Is installation included?

Installation is quoted separately and is required for gas, three-phase and plumbed equipment. The product page tells you which.

What does the warranty cover?

Manufacturing defects under normal commercial use, parts and labour, for the period shown on each product. Consumables and wear parts are excluded.
