What we collect

Account and contact details, the commercial documents you upload with a business account application, your order and payment history, and the technical logs any website produces.

How company documents are stored

Commercial registrations, tax certificates and company documents are held in private, access-controlled storage. They are never published, never indexed, and are reachable only through an authenticated request that issues a short-lived signed link. Only our internal accounts team can open them.

How long we keep it

Financial records are retained for at least seven years as required by Jordanian law. Other personal data is deleted on request where we are legally free to do so.
