Cover, exclusions and how to raise a claim.
Warranty cover
Every unit carries the warranty period shown on its product page, running from the date of delivery and covering manufacturing defects under normal commercial use. Labour is included where our own engineers attend.
Exclusions
Consumables and wear parts — gaskets, filters, burner caps, thermocouples, grates, lamps — are excluded, as is damage from incorrect installation by others, water quality outside the specified range, or use outside the rated duty.
Raising a claim
Open a support ticket from your account, or telephone the service line. Have the SKU, serial number and invoice number ready; both are on your delivery note.
Returns
Unused goods in unopened original packaging may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a credit note. Made-to-order and special-order items are not returnable.
